Planet Adventure had a few issues with the results during our first two races, please review the online rankings and let us know by email if you have any questions. We will make sure all USAC reporting is absolutely accurate.

Following the Eagle Creek race, we invested in new technology to prevent this from happening again in the future. Thanks for all the great feedback from everyone, we will see you at Lawrence in July!

Planet Cycling races are here to continue the cycling tradition in Indiana and the Midwest! Brought to you by a fellow racer that has taken what all racers like and brought it to the calendar to keep racing alive! Races are backed by USA Cycling and require a USAC racing license. If you are new to the sport and do not have a license, but would like to try a cycling race, please register with a one-day license as CAT5. (Same day license’s are available both on-line and race day registration)

Notes:

• Races with the same time will start seconds apart. If field sizes are small then will combine the races with same start time.
• FOR BEGINNER MEN start with CAT5 in the CAT5/JR race.
• FOR BEGINNER WOMEN start with the CAT4 race.
• Race day registration add $10
• 2nd-3rd race registrations, subtract $10 each race (online only)
• RACE DAY REGISTRATION CLOSES 1 HOUR PRIOR TO EACH EVENT **STRICTLY ENFORCED**

• Brookside Park (MAP, directional arrows may change): Course is the "traditional" course from years past with a slight downhill and uphill. Lap Length: 0.5 miles
• Eagle Creek Park (MAP, directional arrows may change): Course is a brand new course. It is flat with many technical turns. Lap Length: 1.9 miles
• Lawrence Village (MAP, Course is Counter-Clockwise, ALL Left Turns): Course is a flat, newly paved, rectangular, four corner traditional criterium. Lap Length: 0.9 miles
• Southeastway Park (MAP, directional arrows may change): Course is the “traditional” course from years past with one technical turn and one slight uphill. Lap Length: 0.6 miles
• August 28: Hummel Park (MAP)

• Cash Purse for CAT 1/2/3 race only, $750 / 10 places
• This is to help promote the advancement of racers up the category chain. What all racers should be striving to become, better racers and the reason we have categorized events! This is also the reason for longer races, chip timing, no push backs! Quality events for the money!
• Cash purse for MASTERS 35+ 1/2/3, $100 / 3 places
• Cash purse for MASTERS 35+ 3/4/5, $100 / 3 places
• Winners of all other categories receive free entry fee to any future cycling or inline skating race by Planet Cycling
• USA Cycling Permitted, cash payout will not exceed stated amounts.

Parking Locations Strictly Enforced

• Brookside Park
• 3500 Brookside Parkway South Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46201
• Park in the pool parking lot. The entrance is one street from Sherman. There will be no parking in front of the Brookside Park main building like years past.
• Eagle Creek Park
• 7840 W 56th St, Indianapolis, IN 46254
• Park at the main gate or other parking lots. NO PARKING along roads or in the grass. Damage to the grass will result in heavy fines and likely eliminate future events in the park.
• July 11: Lawrence Village
• 9120 Otis Ave Ste 200, Indianapolis, IN 46216
• Park at the IVY Tech college parking lot
• August 8: Southeastway Park
• 5624 S Carroll Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46239
• When entering park, take the second right and park in lot. NO PARKING along roads or in grass. Damage to the grass will result in heavy fines and likely eliminate future events in the park.
• August 28: Hummel Park, Plainfield Indiana
• 5373 S. County Road 700 East, Plainfield, Indiana 46168
• A large amount of parking is available in the main lots on the north side of the course.
