  • WHILE BIKING
    • Mountain Bike Recommended, Any Bike will Work
    • ANSI approved bike helmet (each member)
  • GEAR TO BE CARRIED AT ALL TIMES BY ONE PERSON

    • Water-proof cell phone pouch or box
    • Writing utensil Must be a Pen or Marker, no Pencils
    • Compass
    • First aid kit, Including:
      • 3/4" adhesive bandages.
      • Antibiotic ointment packet
      • (4) anti-inflammatory tablets (Ibuprofen, etc.)
      • (4) electrolyte tablets (E-cap, potassium, glutamate, etc.)
  • GEAR TO BE CARRIED AT ALL TIMES BY EACH PERSON
    • Race bib or number visible over clothing
    • Hydration system 16 ounce minimum
    • Windproof Jacket
  • ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDED GEAR
    • Water bottles or bladder (50 ounce capacity)
    • Bike gloves for bike and paddle
    • Bike multi-tool
    • 1 spare inner tube per person
    • Tube patch kit
    • Bike pump
    • Tow system
    • Waterproof container for passport
